We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to focus on lead generation and prospect qualification. This role is critical in continuously driving our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients. You will be expected to hustle on the phones not just build lists and convert conversations into qualified opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively call and engage prospects to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify potential leads using ZoomInfo and other platforms.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads.
  • Track and update lead activity in Bullhorn CRM with accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and call activity targets.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or inside sales (3+ Years of experience)
  • Comfortable working EST time zone hours.
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Confident and persistent on the phones able to hustle and convert conversations.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Bullhorn CRM are strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
