You will drive client workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and client-facing, offering opportunities to influence outcomes across multiple teams and organizations. - Lead the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM/CSM solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to industry and platform best practices
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and requirements gathering sessions
- Design technical solutions that maximize value and minimize technical debt
- Assign tasks and review the work of technical consultants, providing mentorship and guidance
- Refine Agile stories, tasks, and workflows to align with project goals
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and modules
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to business leadership
- 7+ years of experience administering and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with expertise in ITSM and CSM modules
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work/military experience
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development experience, including configuration and customization
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow/Flow Designer, Table/Form creation
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring consultants
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, story refinement, and Scrum practices
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
