Alta Group is hiring a Site Superintendent to oversee residential remodeling projects throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with hands-on construction experience and a passion for craftsmanship. As the on-site lead, you'll be responsible for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that every phase of construction is executed to the highest standardson time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day job site operations for residential remodeling projects
Manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project timelines
Ensure all work is performed safely and meets Alta Groups quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues proactively
Communicate with clients, project managers, vendors, and inspectors
Resolve field conflicts and troubleshoot construction challenges in real-time
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and change orders
Lead by example in promoting professionalism, cleanliness, and safety on all job sites
3+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, and general remodeling practices
Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple subcontractors
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
Familiarity with construction schedules, permitting, inspections, and vendor coordination
Proficient in using mobile technology for reporting and communication
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
OSHA training or safety certification is a plus
