Crew Member delivers great and friendly guest experiences by preparing Dunkin products according to operational and quality standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Crew Member works as part of a team to meet our guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and serve coffee and sandwiches in accordance with brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Provide excellent guest service. Resolve guest issues if needed.
• Execute restaurant standards and brand marketing initiatives
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment
• Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
• Work well and communicate with team members
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication, customer service skills
• Great sense of urgency, ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills, ability to count money and make change
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
