Fitness Center/Spa Manager at NFC Amenity Management – Miami Beach, Florida

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this full-time position is $50,000 per year.

We are seeking a polished, hands-onFitness Center/Spa Managerto

oversee operations at a high-end residential property. This role is ideal for

someone who understands luxury service, takes pride in presentation, and knows how to lead a strong fitness team while creating an exceptional resident

experience.

What Youll Do:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury fitness center, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for residents
• Oversee the fitness desk operations, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized front-of-house experience
• Maintain all fitness equipment to the highest standards, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality
• Oversee the overall appearance of the facility, keeping it clean, organized, and aligned with luxury expectations
• Coordinate and execute weekly group fitness classes with contracted instructors
• Manage scheduling and bookings for personal training and massage therapy services
• Supervise the fitness desk and the Group Fitness team, holding staff accountable to performance and service standards
• Ensure consistent communication with residents regarding classes, services, and updates
• Open and prepare the facility daily, ensuring operations run smoothly from start to finish
• Maintain proper staffing coverage at all times, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Train, coach, and lead the team on luxury-level customer service and resident engagement
• Support and grow fitness programming that meets the needs of a high-end residential community

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
• A hands-on approach with attention to detail and pride in facility presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of fitness equipment, programming, and wellness services
