This role involves hands-on work with concrete demolition, preparation, placement, and finishing, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. • Construct and set forms to retain concrete and apply expansion materials.

• Excavate work areas, remove old concrete and materials using power tools and saws.

• Pour and finish concrete for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, foundations, ramps, and catch basins.

• Use power finishing tools, floats, trowels, vibrators, edgers, and brooms to achieve desired finish.

• Read and follow blueprints, grade sheets, and flow lines; transfer grade to job site.

• Operate small machinery such as skid steers and mini excavators.

• Accept responsibility for job site safety and report unsafe conditions.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned in support of construction operations.

• Minimum 2 years of concrete construction experience, with at least 1 year specifically in concrete finishing.

• Proficient with finishing tools and methods.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grade sheets, and worksite plans.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must meet all safety requirements and follow safety protocols.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Must be able to stand and walk up to 7 hours a day; sit and drive for shorter durations.

• Full range of motion, including bending, crouching, climbing, and handling tools.

• Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Competitive hourly pay: $25 $30 based on experience
