About This Position
Clinic Director – Pediatric Therapy (ABA, PT, OT, SLP) | Full-Time – Full-Time | Roanoke, VA
H2 Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our pediatric therapy clinic in Roanoke, VA. This role is open to both clinical and non-clinical leaders, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, ABA professionals, or experienced managers with a strong background in team leadership.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and overall workflow
• Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline (PT, OT, or SLP), if applicable
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and strong team performance
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and patient outcomes to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and company standards
• Support business development efforts and community outreach initiatives
• Assist with oversight of front office and back office operations, including coordination of administrative and billing processes
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture
Preferred: Experience in ABA or behavioral health settings is a plus
Requirements
- Required:
- Preferred qualifications include an active (or eligible) PT, OT, or SLP license, experience in ABA or behavioral health, and strong leadership or management experience, ideally within a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage both clinical and operational responsibilities
- Preferred:
- Previous leadership or clinic management experience
- Experience in outpatient pediatric therapy settings
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience (pediatric experience preferred)
- Preferred qualifications include an active (or eligible) PT, OT, or SLP license, experience in ABA or behavioral health, and strong leadership or management experience, ideally within a healthcare setting
