As a Manager of Customer Success, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value they receive from the platform. You will oversee a portfolio of health system clients, building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and guiding them to achieve their business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor outcomes, and support successful client implementations. You will be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and product expansion while providing actionable insights to improve processes and solutions. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver high-impact results for both clients and the company.
- Manage a portfolio of active clients and ensure their success with the platform
- Build deep, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including CFOs, clinical documentation specialists, and IT managers
- Lead onboarding, implementation hand-offs, and post-launch support for new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor client performance, report financial impact to executives, and support renewals and product expansion
- Capture and communicate the voice of the customer to inform product enhancements and internal processes
- Contribute to team tools, playbooks, and best practices for customer success operations
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably with hospital or health system clients
- Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ownership of client challenges
- Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking and adjust communications accordingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with empathy and professionalism in difficult conversations
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats, including project management, training, and process design
- Preferred: experience in startup environments, data analytics, and familiarity with tools like Jira
