Job Title: Corporate Tax Provision Manager
Location: Texas
Hybrid
Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects
• Lead client engagements from planning to completion
• Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
• Work with IRS and state tax authorities
• Mentor and supervise associates and interns
• Support large multi-state and global company tax matters
• Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active CPA (Illinois/Chicago or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
• Currently working as a Tax Manager
• 4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
• Recent ASC 740 tax provision experience (within last 1–3 years)
• Public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred)
• Experience with large multi-state/national/global companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Able to work onsite 2–3 days/week
