Monarch Investment is seeking aPainter to join our team at our Wexford Village at Devonshire Apartmentsin Scott Depot, WV. Location:
Wexford Village at Devonshire Apartments
98 Devonshire Drive
Scott Depot, WV 25560

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
Painting both interior and exterior applications
Drywall repair
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
Cleaning of public access and interior areas
Upkeep with property tidiness and curb appeal
Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
