What you’ll do

• Greet and engage with prospective residents
• Tour apartments and community spaces
• Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication
• Process applications and leases accurately and on time
• Keep listings and availability up to date
• Support resident events and community engagement
• Serve as a friendly, dependable resource for current residents

What we’re looking for

• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
• Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and online
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Interest in learning and growing within property management
