This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to define and execute the digital strategy for cross-platform sales, ad tech integrations, and automated media solutions. The Director will drive product vision, oversee roadmap execution, and lead a team of product managers while collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. This position requires building deep relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, translating complex technical solutions into clear strategies, and shaping innovative offerings in a rapidly evolving digital advertising environment. - Define and own the digital strategy and product vision for cross-platform sales and ad tech solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends
- Develop and manage a multi-year roadmap, balancing market opportunities, customer needs, and technical feasibility
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and innovation
- Oversee the design, development, and launch of digital product features, including OMS systems, API integrations, and programmatic workflows
- Partner with engineering, UX, QA, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption of digital solutions
- Engage with clients, publishers, agencies, and technology vendors to understand evolving needs and identify growth opportunities
- Present strategy and updates to executive leadership and industry audiences, acting as a thought leader in ad tech
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of product strategy experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
- Deep expertise in digital advertising, programmatic media, and ad tech integrations
- Technical knowledge of order management systems (e.g., Operative.One, Placements.io), ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Freewheel), DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), and API-based integrations
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, fostering career growth and performance
- Strong analytical mindset, using data and KPIs to guide decisions
- Excellent communication skills for executives, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Agile development experience and familiarity with product lifecycle management
- Bonus: Experience with linear TV, audio, and cross-platform media workflows
