About This Position

About the Role:

The National Account Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of order fulfillment processes for key national accounts. This position is responsible for coordinating between sales and operations teams to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of parts. The specialist will analyze order requirements, monitor inventory levels, and resolve any issues that may impact fulfillment efficiency. By maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, the role supports customer satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, this position drives operational excellence and contributes to the overall success of the company’s national account management strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or account management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with national or large-scale accounts.
  • Familiarity with Pinnacle and/or URG
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process quotes for national accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Coordinate with RTP site locations
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment issues and provide status updates.
  • Monitor inventory levels to quote the appropriate parts based on the customer needs

The National Account Fulfillment Specialist utilizes strong organizational skills daily to manage large quantities of quoting and ensure timely delivery of parts. Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating between internal teams and external customers, resolving issues, and providing clear updates.
