EA and Operations Specialist - Bay Area
Level AI is a fast-growing, AI-first Customer Experience Intelligence platform backed by top-tier investors and founded by leaders from Amazon, Google, and Meta.
Role - Were looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines executive support, business operations, and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)- Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently- Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items- Support hiring operations and onboarding- Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences- Partner with HR and Finance on vendors, payroll inputs, AP/AR, and compliancePlan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment- Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities- Strong organization, communication, and judgment- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership- Comfortable working in-office with leadership
