Position Description:

Are you a clinical leader passionate about shaping programs that deliver high-quality, evidence-based care?

South Carolina PRTF is a psychiatric residential treatment facility dedicated to providing structured, therapeutic care for adolescents who require intensive behavioral health support. The facility operates with 24 beds, offering a safe, trauma-informed environment designed to stabilize, treat, and strengthen youth through individualized, evidence-based programming. Our clinical teams work with adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges, focusing on skill-building, recovery, and long-term success.

The Director of Clinical Services plays a key leadership role in this settingoverseeing clinical programming, guiding staff development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the quality and integrity of all behavioral health services delivered on site.

What Youll Do

Direct the development and delivery of evidence-based clinical services that support high-quality, patient-centered care. Provide clinical consultation and support to staff across the facility. Oversee and mentor clinical staff, ensuring effective service delivery and professional growth. Monitor and evaluate documentation to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Lead performance improvement initiatives that strengthen treatment planning, clinical care, and assessment services. Represent clinical services on facility-wide committees and collaborate with leadership to align programs with organizational goals. What Were Looking For

Education & Training

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology (required) Experience

Direct experience working with the population served (required) Prior management experience (preferred) Licenses/Certifications
