About This Position

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with direct experience in franchise sales within the esthetics and med spa equipment space to lead and scale our franchise development efforts. This individual will own the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline generation through signed agreements—and will be responsible for recruiting high-quality operators aligned with our brand and equipment-driven business model.

This is a performance-driven role requiring a proven closer with strong familiarity in esthetics, med spa operations, and equipment-driven revenue models.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and deliver against selective, high-value franchise development targets, prioritizing operator quality and long-term brand equity.

· Leverage experience in esthetics and med spa equipment franchise sales to design and execute targeted lead generation strategies.

· Build and maintain a best-in-class pipeline of qualified candidates with experience or interest in esthetics, skincare, or med spa services.

· Drive the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through discovery to signed agreement.

· Act as a trusted advisor, clearly communicating unit economics, equipment ROI, and service revenue models.

· Develop relationships with brokers, real estate professionals, and investor networks active in esthetics and med spa markets.

· Rigorously qualify candidates based on financial capability and operational readiness.

· Own deal execution, including agreements, territory mapping, and site selection.

· Maintain CRM discipline tracking conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with FTC franchise regulations and ethical sales practices.

· Manage franchise resales and transfers.

· Partner with operations and training teams to ensure successful onboarding and equipment integration.

· Monitor competitive activity within esthetics, med spa, and wellness sectors.

· Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in franchise sales within esthetics, med spa, or equipment-driven wellness concepts

· Proven track record of closing franchise deals

· Experience selling concepts involving esthetic services and/or med spa equipment

· Experience managing a full-cycle franchise sales pipeline

· Experience working with FDDs and franchise agreements

· Strong network within franchise brokerage, real estate, or med spa/esthetic investor communities

· Experience negotiating LOIs and leases

· Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management
