Lab Tech at Summit Horizon Dental Lab – St. Louis, Missouri

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Dental Lab Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dental Assistant (DA) looking for a rewarding career change while leveraging their existing dental knowledge in a new environment.

About the Role:

This full-time, onsite position is ideal for someone with a dental background who is eager to learn the technical side of dentistry. We are willing to provide comprehensive training, but candidates must have some prior dental experience (Dental Assistant, dental receptionist, or related dental field preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and finish dental prosthetics and appliances according to case specifications

- Communicate directly with dental offices and dentists regarding case details, questions, and timelines

- Ensure high-quality standards through strong attention to detail at every stage of production

- Maintain accurate case documentation and follow lab protocols

- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Requirements:

- Prior dental background or experience (Dental Assistant strongly preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and quality focus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you must be articulate and professional when speaking with dentists and dental office staff

- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday (no remote work)

- Reliable, dependable, and committed to long-term employment

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
