Project Manager at Hays Electrical Services – Texas

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, from planning to execution, to ensure successful completion within budget and on time.

The Electrical Project Manager will work collaboratively with the clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from beginning to end.
• Develop project plans and schedules, identifying critical path and milestones.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project including material procurement, labor, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources.
• Ensure that all project work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations and standards.
• Ensure that project work meets or exceeds client expectations and specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress and communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, including change orders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Manage and resolve project conflicts and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management in the commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
