As a Marketing Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting strategic brand ambitions with financial discipline, ensuring marketing and media investments deliver maximum ROI. You will oversee budget planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across brand and media initiatives, helping drive informed investment decisions. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to optimize spend, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and support key brand launches. You will provide actionable insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with growth targets and profitability goals. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, DTC-led environments and bring strong analytical skills combined with business partnering expertise. The position offers the opportunity to influence major investment decisions while operating in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting for marketing and media investments, identifying risks and opportunities
- Provide financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies, reviewing contracts, invoices, and accruals
- Analyze campaign and media performance, assessing ROI, cost efficiency, and contribution to brand objectives
- Partner with Marketing and Global teams on financial modeling for key launches and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate financial viability of new product development and innovation
- Drive cost efficiency and support decision-making by translating data into actionable recommendations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or marketing finance, preferably within beauty, FMCG, or DTC-led businesses
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to translate marketing and media performance into financial insights
- Experience in budget ownership, P&L management, and investment governance
- Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Highly proactive, able to remove blockers and drive projects forward independently
