This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Marketing in United States.

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for key strategic partners, including AWS and a select portfolio of high-impact VARs. You will be responsible for building executive relationships, designing joint go-to-market programs, and turning partnerships into measurable growth engines. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring creativity, operational rigor, and strong business acumen. You will influence revenue outcomes, accelerate partner-sourced pipeline, and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will have the autonomy to shape partnership strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a pivotal role for professionals who thrive on driving impact through ecosystem partnerships.

Accountabilities:

As the Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Marketing, you will:

  • Own and execute the marketing strategy for AWS and a portfolio of 5–8 strategic VAR partners.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner marketing, alliance, and sales leaders to become a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and launch joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Lead joint business planning, including quarterly planning sessions, shared KPIs, campaign roadmaps, and growth targets.
  • Craft compelling joint value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate outcomes for shared customers.
  • Design and manage integrated campaigns across field marketing, demand generation, digital, and events, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Alliances, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, RevOps, and Marketing Ops to track performance and optimize results.
  • Represent the company at partner events, executive briefings, and industry engagements while building scalable partner marketing frameworks.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong expertise in partner marketing within high-growth technology companies.
  • Direct experience working with AWS and supporting VAR or reseller ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and marketing to technical and business decision-makers.
  • Ability to think strategically about long-term partnership growth while managing urgent, hands-on execution.
  • Comfort in startup environments—resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activity to business impact.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, including executive-level presentations.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools responsibly to amplify impact and efficiency.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with full employee-only premiums covered for most plans.
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents.
  • Health and wellness stipend.
  • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend.
  • Commuter benefits for team members in SF and NYC offices.
  • Family planning support.
  • Matching 401(k) contributions with immediate vesting.
  • Flexible PTO policy plus 80 hours of sick time.
  • 11 company-paid holidays.
  • Virtual team building, lunch & learns, and company-wide events.
  • Opportunities to work in offices across SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney.
