Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage complex technology, process, and research-driven projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps.
  • Facilitate technology reviews and decision-making forums across business units.
  • Enhance organizational efficiency through the deployment of new project management tools.
  • Drive technology transfer into new product development.
  • Establish cross-functional collaboration to align objectives and manage expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 56 years of project management experience in a commercial hardware development environment.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent).
  • Experience leading multicultural teams and mentoring project managers.
  • Strong understanding of Stage-Gate processes for technology development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes such as molding and stamping.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
