Filler Operator - Aseptic (Day Shift)
Hendersonville, NC | $25/hr | 12-Hour | 2-2-3 Schedule | Day Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

We're hiring a Filler Operator to join the A-Shift team on Line #7. This role is key in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality filling operations in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor filler equipment to maintain smooth production flow
• Perform CIP, Kosher, and Organic washes following strict food safety guidelines
• Clear bottle jams and adjust machine settings as needed
• Conduct regular quality checks and record results accurately
• Track materials, waste, and production changes in real-time
• Follow all safety, SQF, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience (food/beverage industry preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Comfortable working with machinery, cleaning chemicals, and safety protocols
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused
