- Lead strategic planning and leadership initiatives.
- Advance the maturity of marketing tools and platforms.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of marketing campaign performance.
- Lead and manage the marketing technology team effectively.

- Recommend and implement emerging marketing technologies.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology or IT.
- 5+ years leading global technology teams.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation.
- Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.
