Automotive Express Service Advisor at Groove Toyota – Englewood, Colorado

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our automotive team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring that every visit is a seamless and positive experience. You will assist customers with their vehicle maintenance needs, provide accurate service recommendations, and coordinate with the express service team to deliver high-quality service efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon their arrival.
• Identify vehicle service needs by listening to customers and conducting walk-around inspections.
• Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and explain maintenance procedures.
• Prepare work orders for the express service team and coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle’s status and address any questions or concerns.
• Conduct final checks on completed vehicles to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Promote additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or service advising is a plus but not required.
