Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.

● Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting

• Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making

• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment

• Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
● Proven experience in a hands-on accounting leadership role
● Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
● Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude
● Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
● Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset
