Where You Fit In
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to help build and scale our sales enablement function. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to operationalize enablement programs, manage core enablement infrastructure, andleadthe development of our partner enablement motion.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape enablement foundations while owning key programs end-to-end.
**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver, CO location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.**
Impact You Will Make in the Role:
  • Sales Enablement Execution & Operations
  • Own day-to-day enablement operations, including: LMS and content management, Sales certifications and onboardinglogistics
  • Training scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain and organize sales enablement assets to ensure easy access and adoption
  • Support rollout of sales methodologies, messaging, and tools
  • Partner with Sales Ops andRevOpsto support enablement reporting and analytics
  • Partner Enablement
  • Lead the development of partner enablement programs and materials
  • Create andmaintainpartner onboarding, training, and certification content
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging
  • Act as the primary enablement point of contact for partner stakeholders
  • Program Support & Measurement
  • Assistin tracking enablement effectiveness and sales performance impact
  • Collect feedback from sellers and partners to iterate on programs
  • Support enablement initiatives tied to product launches and GTM motions
What You Will Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-growing environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with partner or channel enablement
  • LMS or CMS ownership experience
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
