About the role

Stat is looking for a strategic, high-energy leader to redefine how we connect with healthcare leaders in the real world. As our Director of Event Marketing, you won’t just be booking booths; you will be the architect of "Care Traffic Control" in a face-to-face setting. You will lead the strategy and execution for our entire event portfolio—from high-stakes national tradeshows and intimate executive dinners to our flagship annual event, THRU-PUT ’26: The Healthcare Operations Summit.

We are looking for an experienced "player-coach" who can handle the heavy lifting of execution today while strategically planning for growth. Based in our Lindon headquarters, you will partner directly with the VP of Marketing and leadership to turn handshakes into Evidence-Based Operations and measurable pipeline growth.

What you'll do

• Drive Pipeline: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to ensure every event—whether a national conference or a local open house—is an engine for MQLs and revenue.
• Lead the Summit: Take the reins of ownership for THRU-PUT ’26 (October 2026). You will manage the end-to-end experience, including high-level programming, speaker recruitment, venue logistics, and the attendee journey.
• Sales & Growth Alignment: Partner with our SDR team on pre- and post-event outreach and work with AEs to use event marketing as a "signal" to accelerate late-stage deals.
• Full-Spectrum Execution: Own the lifecycle of tradeshows, webinars, VIP dinners, on-sites, and clinic "VIP experiences."
• Strategic Playbook: Develop and refine the "Stat Events Playbook"—standardizing how we show up, how we measure success, and how we scale the department.
• Data-Driven ROI: Utilize HubSpot to track true attribution, moving beyond "booth scans" to focus on how events shorten sales cycle times and increase win rates.

Qualifications

• 5–8 Years of Experience: Executing high-impact B2B events (tradeshows, conferences, webinars, dinners, and on-sites).
• Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to handle high-level event strategy while remaining "in the weeds" of execution; experience building or leading a team is highly preferred.
• HubSpot Proficiency: Deep experience using HubSpot for lead management, campaign tracking, and ROI reporting.
• Travel: Ready and eager to travel 30–40% to be the face of Stat at key industry moments and lead on-site execution.
• Presence: This is an in-office role at our headquarters in Lindon, UT (when not traveling), requiring a leader who thrives in a high-collaboration, physical environment.
