Jr Sales Development Representative at Distro – Antioquia, Lima

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and drive new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a proven B2B sales professional who excels at cold calling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about engaging senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, VPs, AEs, and other senior stakeholders).

Qualify leads and schedule meetings to convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Consistently achieve daily productivity targets and assigned outreach goals..

Skills & Qualifications Hard Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.

Strong and proven experience in B2B sales.

Cold calling expertise is mandatory..

Proven ability to prospect, research, and qualify leads.
