This role is a strategic and hands-on position focused on optimizing the sales operations process for complex, high-value deals. You will partner directly with Account Executives to structure orders efficiently, accelerate deal cycles, and ensure alignment between commercial terms and business objectives. The position requires deep understanding of sales mechanics, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Operations. Success in this role comes from balancing speed with compliance, simplifying deal execution, and providing actionable insights to leadership. You will also contribute to pipeline management, forecasting, and operational reporting, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue growth. This role thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where analytical skills and customer-focused problem solving are key.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive operational rigor across pipelines, identifying gaps and escalating blockers to maintain deal momentum
- Develop and maintain customer-facing sales enablement materials, including business cases, evaluation guides, and ROI frameworks
- Own and optimize the POC (proof of concept) process, ensuring structured workflows and high conversion rates
- Streamline and document sales processes to increase efficiency and ensure consistent execution across the team
- Support complex enterprise deal operations, including multi-product and non-standard commercial structures
- Produce pipeline reporting, forecasting analysis, and operational insights to guide leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with Account Executives on deal mechanics, pricing parameters, contract requirements, and approval workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role in SaaS or technology companies
- Prior experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar customer-facing sales role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ tools, pricing strategies, and contract management processes
- Solid understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and deal operations
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deals in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to resolve blockers and optimize deal execution
