Experienced Caregiver (High-Acuity Case) – $18–$20/hr | Consistent Schedule | Bloomfield Hills

$18–$20/hour | Next-Day Pay | Long-Term, Stable Case

CareOne Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled, dependable caregiver for a high-acuity private-duty case in Bloomfield Hills. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who take pride in delivering exceptional care and want consistent hours with a dedicated client.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for caregivers who are confident, reliable, and experienced with advanced care needs.

• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Opportunity for consistent, ongoing hours with potential to expand schedule.

• Long-term, stable case with consistent scheduling

• One-on-one care in a private home setting

• High level of clinical support and clear care plan

• Professional, responsive office team that respects your time

• Proven experience with Hoyer lift transfers

• Experience supporting clients with PEG tubes

• Strong understanding of mobility support and wheelchair care

• Comfortable driving client’s accessible van (valid driver’s license required)

• Ability to manage higher-acuity care with confidence and attention to detail

Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.

• Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect

• Safely perform transfers and mobility assistance

• Monitor client condition and communicate changes appropriately

• Support daily routines, including meals and light household tasks

• Provide transportation to appointments and outings when needed

• Follow established care plans and complete documentation accurately

• Minimum 1+ years of caregiving experience (high-acuity preferred)

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background screening

• Physically capable of assisting with transfers and mobility needs

• Must be at least 18 years old

• $18–$20/hour based on experience and skill level

• Next-day pay option

• $150 referral bonus (no limit)

• Flexible scheduling options beyond this case if desired
