- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify, create, and validate actionable alerts and signals for business users
- Collaborate with business partners and technology teams to design and implement the most impactful solutions
- Partner with various analytics functions to ensure consistency, gather feedback, and refine analytics products
- Develop working prototypes of machine learning or AI solutions to test and validate concepts
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support priority business projects and respond to executive-level questions
- Continuously explore new data sources, analytical methods, and workflow enhancements to improve program outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Decision Information Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related quantitative role
- 2+ years of programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, R)
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake), distributed technologies (Hadoop, Spark), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop hypotheses, and execute robust quantitative analyses
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: experience building or working with machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Competitive salary range: $69,718 – $116,197 per year (varies based on experience, location, and qualifications)
