Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will translate business objectives into actionable execution plans while ensuring rigorous program governance. This position requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, operational insight, and stakeholder influence. You will work cross-functionally to embed sustainable process improvements and guide at-risk programs back to success. Accountabilities:
  • Diagnose operational inefficiencies using structured, data-driven methodologies to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed execution plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead and oversee critical transformation programs, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution at all levels
  • Own and drive “Go-To-Green” initiatives for underperforming accounts, establishing performance tracking and recovery plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, sustainable operational improvements
  • Influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics to drive adoption of change initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure continuous improvement in operational and financial outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or business analysis within the healthcare sector
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance measurement
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including revenue cycle management and provider dynamics
  • Proven ability to apply structured problem-solving frameworks (e.g., MECE, root cause analysis)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and data visualization platforms
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
