Service CSR at StationServ – Richland, Mississippi

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Be committed to company culture and values.
• Assist Service, Construction and Procurement Dept with the daily operations, schedules, and projects.
• Generate service tickets with Sage (ERP) software.
• Accurately review service tickets at time of completion.
• Assist with daily dispatching service technicians.
• Provide excellent Customer Service and Satisfaction.
• Work with co-workers within the sales, finance, warehouse, and operations team to perform at a high level.
• Assist the procurement team to ensure they have proper documentation required and are following the processes in sharing these documents with other departments.
• Track and follow up on parts requests, open orders, and outstanding issues to be resolved. 
• Ensure warehouse organization and safety across the company.
• Ensure inventory transactions are being done correctly.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Be able to work overtime when needed.

Minimum Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow SAGE (ERP) processes.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
• Basic typing skills.
• Self-motivated and the ability to adapt to change.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
