About This Position
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Crew Member in the wholesale trade industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse. Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational success. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting. Ultimately, your work will support the seamless flow of inventory from suppliers to customers across the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Forklift operator certification or experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Responsible for wrapping pallets
- Offloading and loading trucks.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse to comply with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Skills:
The required skills such as attention to detail and physical stamina are essential for accurately handling inventory and performing manual tasks safely throughout the workday.
