Trades Holding Company is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Inventory Manager to join our team. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a strong background in plumbing components, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for maintaining precise stock levels, ordering essential parts, and ensuring our field teams have exactly what they need to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

  • Performance Review: Pay revaluation after 90 days of employment.

Schedule & Hours

This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule:

  • Monday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Early start to prep for the week!)

  • Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Maintain an accurate, real-time inventory of all plumbing parts and equipment.

  • Procurement: Proactively order parts and supplies to ensure zero downtime for our service teams.

  • Organization: Keep the warehouse and parts storage areas clean, labeled, and highly organized.

  • Data Entry: Use Microsoft Excel to track stock levels, costs, and incoming shipments.

  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming orders for accuracy and damage before adding them to inventory.

Qualifications
  • Plumbing Expertise: Strong working knowledge of plumbing parts and components is required.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage large volumes of items with high attention to detail.

  • Reliability: Ability to meet the early Monday morning start time and maintain consistent attendance.
