Senior Vice President, Service Delivery- Provider Operations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President, Service Delivery- Provider Operations in United States.

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving large-scale provider service delivery operations within a high-growth healthcare data environment. The position carries full P&L ownership and is accountable for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional client service across complex, multi-site teams. You will lead and scale centralized provider operations, ensuring seamless execution across onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing account management. This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and elevate service quality. You will collaborate closely with commercial, product, finance, and transformation teams to evolve service delivery models through automation and scalable processes. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and mission-driven, focused on improving healthcare data access and patient outcomes at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Provider Centralized Service Delivery Operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all service lines and geographies.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including financial performance, productivity, service delivery outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Direct large-scale teams and multiple Vice Presidents, ensuring strong leadership alignment and organizational performance across all levels.
  • Oversee onboarding of new business, workforce planning, hiring strategies, and capacity management to meet demand and service commitments.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational processes to improve efficiency, automation, and service quality.
  • Drive performance management through KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards, ensuring accountability across all operational teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, including regular engagement with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Finance, Transformation) to design and evolve service delivery models.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational values.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and uphold strict standards of security and patient privacy.
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and ROI service innovation.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health information management (HIM), ROI services, or related healthcare service environments.
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-site organizations with 2,000+ employees and senior leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of provider healthcare environments, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance regulations (including HIPAA).
  • Proven track record of leading large operational organizations with full accountability for performance, service delivery, and financial outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in operational strategy, transformation at scale, and process optimization frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and delivering on revenue and cost targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and high-performance team environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
