This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a senior marketing executive ready to shape global downstream strategy in a mission-driven medical technology environment. The role focuses on driving adoption and awareness of innovative respiratory care solutions across consumer, healthcare professional, and distribution channels. You will operate at the intersection of clinical credibility and consumer engagement, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across global markets. This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to translate product innovation into market success. You will lead a large, high-performing marketing organization while influencing cross-functional commercial strategy. Accountabilities:

Lead and execute global downstream marketing strategy across consumer, HCP, and B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, clinical messaging, and growth priorities.

  • Develop and deploy integrated omnichannel campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and product adoption across global markets.
  • Partner with upstream product teams to translate value propositions into compelling messaging, go-to-market strategies, and commercial tools.
  • Oversee consumer marketing including DTC campaigns, digital performance marketing, patient education, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Lead HCP marketing programs targeting pulmonologists, specialists, and care providers through education, congresses, and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with global sales, medical affairs, and regional teams to ensure consistent execution and commercial alignment.
  • Build and scale sales enablement frameworks, training materials, and global assets for field and distributor support.
  • Define performance metrics and analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market impact.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and medical marketing standards across all geographies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a downstream marketing organization of 10+ professionals, fostering high performance and accountability.
Requirements:

12+ years of progressive marketing experience in medical device, medtech, or regulated healthcare industries, with strong downstream marketing expertise across consumer and HCP segments.

  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing large marketing teams, including people managers and cross-functional contributors.
  • Strong track record of delivering successful product launches, integrated campaigns, and global marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of regulated marketing environments, including medical/legal review processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience operating in global commercial organizations with exposure to international markets and regional collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance high-level vision and detailed execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize marketing outcomes.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including omnichannel execution, CRM, and performance media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive, commercial, and clinical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience in respiratory care, DME, or chronic care markets is a strong plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $192,000 to $240,000 annually.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution and matching.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid volunteer time.
  • Strong focus on employee wellbeing programs and work-life balance support.
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization improving patient outcomes globally.
  • Inclusive, high-performance culture focused on innovation and continuous development.
