Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to support a team of 6 attorneys in a dynamic boutique law firm environment. This individual will play a key role in managing legal workflows, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating client communications, and ensuring efficient day-to-day legal operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in legal support, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
● Key Responsibilities:**
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents across multiple practice areas
Conduct legal research and support case and transactional workflows
Coordinate client communications and maintain confidentiality at all times
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and matter tracking
Support compliance filings, entity formations, and corporate records maintenance
Assist with process improvements and overall workflow efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth legal operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience supporting multiple attorneys
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., Clio, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar) preferred
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration
