  • Drive cloud transformation initiatives, overseeing migration from on-premise systems to Azure Cloud with focus on performance, security, and scalability
  • Design and promote cloud-native architectures using Azure services, DevOps automation, and modern infrastructure patterns
  • Architect enterprise data platforms supporting large-scale healthcare analytics using technologies such as Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake
  • Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into enterprise systems to support automation and advanced decision intelligence
  • Define architecture standards, manage technical debt, and guide remediation strategies to improve long-term system maintainability
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, SOC, and HITRUST across all architectural designs
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define solution intent and guide execution
  • Provide mentorship and architectural leadership to engineering teams within Agile delivery frameworks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technical leadership roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native architecture design and implementation
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spark, Kubernetes, and modern distributed system architectures
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in SAFe environments
  • Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale enterprise systems in complex, regulated environments
  • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise platforms and workflows
  • Strong system design, architectural governance, and technical strategy skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including collaboration with executive and cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare data domains such as claims, clinical, or analytics systems
  • Preferred: background in DevOps, data engineering, or enterprise platform modernization initiatives

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range aligned with market standards and experience level
  • Remote-first work culture with flexible work-from-home options
  • Flexible vacation policy to support rest, recovery, and personal time
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid leave benefits and additional wellness support programs
  • Infertility benefits and family-building support
  • Tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and employee assistance programs
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and accessibility accommodations.
