The Opportunity

Loga Custom Homes is hiring a Residential Field Project Manager / Superintendent to help manage a growing portfolio of high-quality spec and custom homes across the Houston area.

This is a field-heavy role, not an office-based project management position. The right person will spend most of their time on active jobsites, coordinating subcontractors, checking work quality, identifying issues early, and keeping multiple homes moving on schedule.

You will work closely with ownership and the Operations Manager, who supports office-side coordination such as purchasing, ordering, inspections, utilities, and administrative follow-up. Your focus will be the field: making sure the work is done correctly, efficiently, safely, and to the standards expected of the Loga Custom Homes brand.

This is a strong opportunity for a residential construction professional who understands how homes are built from the ground up and wants a visible role with a fast-growing builder.

Who We Are

Loga Custom Homes is a Houston-based residential builder focused on well-designed, high-quality spec and custom homes.

We are not a high-volume production builder. Our work includes mid-market homes, luxury spec homes, and custom residential projects with strong attention to detail, design, and craftsmanship.

Our team is lean, accountable, and growth-oriented. We value people who take pride in the finished product, communicate clearly, follow through, and know how to keep construction moving in the field.

What Youll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple active residential construction projects.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep work moving efficiently and in the correct sequence.

  • Conduct regular site walks to verify progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and readiness for upcoming trades.

  • Identify construction issues early and communicate solutions before they create rework or schedule delays.

  • Confirm that work is being completed according to plans, specifications, code requirements, and company quality standards.

  • Monitor critical construction stages including site prep, foundation, framing, rough-ins, inspections, finishes, and punch work.

  • Maintain strong communication with ownership, the Operations Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and other internal team members.

  • Use Buildertrend and internal systems to support scheduling, updates, photos, notes, and project communication.

  • Help ensure each jobsite reflects the professionalism and quality standards of Loga Custom Homes.

  • Support smooth project handoffs, final walkthroughs, and completion of punch-list items.

What Were Looking For
  • 7+ years of hands-on residential construction experience, ideally in field leadership, superintendent, or residential PM roles.

  • Strong understanding of ground-up residential construction sequencing.

  • Experience managing subcontractors across multiple trades.

  • Ability to manage multiple homes or jobsites at different phases of construction.

  • Strong plan-reading ability, including architectural and structural drawings.

  • Ability to identify quality issues, trade conflicts, and construction mistakes before they become larger problems.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up.

  • Comfortable spending most of the workday in the field.

  • Strong communication skills with subs, internal team members, and leadership.

  • Valid Drivers License.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with spec homes, custom homes, or high-end residential construction.

  • Experience managing homes valued at $1M to 5M+.

  • Experience managing multiple homes in the same neighborhood or market area.

  • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.

  • Experience with high-end finishes, architectural details, and custom residential quality standards.

  • High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

You will be successful in this role if you can:

  • Keep multiple homes moving without constant owner follow-up.

  • Maintain strong subcontractor accountability.

  • Catch mistakes before they delay the next trade.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with the office and field teams.

  • Stay organized across several active jobsites.

  • Protect build quality while helping projects stay on schedule and within expected standards.

  • Represent Loga Custom Homes professionally on every jobsite.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000 $90,000 per year, based on experience

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities to earn $100K+!

  • Project completion bonus potential

  • Bi-weekly pay

  • Paid Time Off

  • Paid holidays

  • Professional uniforms and Tech provided

  • Local Houston-area work

  • Leadership growth opportunity as the company continues to expand

  • Toll and Mileage support provided
