This role is focused on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across a fast-paced, data-driven organization. The Business Intelligence Developer will design and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions that empower both technical and non-technical teams. Working primarily with modern BI tools such as Power BI, this role bridges the gap between raw data and business understanding. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple departments to translate reporting needs into scalable technical solutions. It requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, data modeling expertise, and communication skills. - Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making across multiple teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable technical BI solutions.
- Build and optimize data models, ensuring efficient data transformations, query performance, and reliable reporting structures.
- Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data across dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
- Monitor and improve performance, usability, and reliability of BI solutions based on user feedback and business needs.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to end users to enhance adoption and effective use of BI tools.
- Contribute to broader data initiatives by promoting best practices in visualization, reporting standards, and data governance.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data visualization roles using Power BI or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
- Solid proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data pipeline structures.
- Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
