FirstLight Home Care of Dothan is currently hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes throughout the Wiregrass area.

We have day and overnight shifts available, part-time and full-time, and work to keep caregivers consistently scheduled with steady clients whenever possible.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Companionship and emotional support
- Encourage safe mobility and activity
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping related to care
- Transportation when needed

$200 good standing bonus at 90 days
$200 good standing bonus at 6 months
$250 good standing bonus at 1 year

Requirements:
Caregiving experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Background check and drug screen required
Compassionate and dependable
