The Opportunity: The Executive Assistant is accountable for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Director of Legal Services. This includes overseeing travel arrangements, submitting travel claims and reimbursements, tracking meeting schedules, Visa reconciliations, assisting in preparing documents for meetings and presentations, filing, tracking due dates and setting reminders, providing project assistance, taking meeting minutes, prioritizing and archiving emails, asset tracking, and other administrative duties as required.
- Serve as a confidential administrative assistant to the Chief Director of Legal Services;
- Arrange appointments and meetings, review prioritize and sort incoming email and responding to approved routine matters;
- Assist in preparing meeting materials for all meetings as required, ensuring the safekeeping of data and documents; ensuring staff are made aware of meeting dates and that all details for the meetings are completed in advance (i.e. room bookings, notification of the meeting, etc.)

What You Will Bring to The Role: 3 bullets of main qualifications
- Certificate in Business Administration, Applied Business Technology or comparable designation;
- Minimum of two (4) years' experience in a related role

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $29.048 to $35.737 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
