Location: Wyoming Daily Deals Food Outlet

Starting Pay: $18 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Full-Time, Shift Varies - Mainly Closing

A Sample of the Role:

As a Supervisor at Daily Deals, you’ll play a key role in leading store operations and supporting our mission. You'll motivate and guide the team to create an outstanding shopping experience while maintaining high standards in merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership helps keep the store running smoothly—and our customers coming back.

You will:

Originate and implement display ideas to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
Construct and assemble merchandise displays in windows, showcases, and sales floors following company guidelines.
Follow processes for changing and counting out cash drawers to ensure accuracy in transactions.
Assist in preparing merchandise for delivery by organizing and packaging orders efficiently.
Ensure quality protection, accuracy, and proper product rotation when pricing and stocking items.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager to place timely Daily Deals orders.
Maintain office and building supplies to support smooth store operations.
Provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring team productivity and morale.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure operational goals are met.
Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed to support store success.

Your Natural Ingredient to Win:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a retail supervisor role or a similar industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to create and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling transactions.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and handling products.
