This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market in the United States.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing and closing business deals within the SMB and Mid-Market segments, focusing on SaaS solutions that improve team productivity and collaboration. You will partner closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maintain a healthy pipeline, while collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver cohesive strategies. The position requires a proactive, results-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and implement creative approaches to meet and exceed sales targets. This role thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability, collaboration, and strategic thinking are essential. Your contributions will directly impact company growth and client success.
Accountabilities:
  • Manage and close a pipeline of prospective SMB and Mid-Market clients, using personalized engagement and strategic follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to optimize prospecting efforts and guide outreach strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and position solutions effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategy and enhance outcomes.
  • Communicate updates, performance metrics, and strategic insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster transparency, feedback, and collaboration to drive team engagement and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing new business.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate technical concepts and business value effectively.
  • Experience using prospecting and CRM tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with short-term goals.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous startup experience.
  • Experience with Enterprise Search, AI products, or distributed/remote teams.

  • Competitive base salary of $75,000$90,000 USD, with uncapped commission potential and on-target earnings of $150,000$180,000 USD.
