About This Position
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to own and drive key operational functions across demand forecasting, inventory management, order routing, and fulfillment analytics for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and data — you’ll leverage machine learning models, maintain critical dashboards, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Planning, and Logistics teams to keep our fulfillment engine running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is a bilingual communicator, a fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, and someone genuinely comfortable working with AI tools to accelerate insights and automate workflows.
What You’ll Do
CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $97,000 – $125,000 per year.
More about us: Over the years, Wyze earned a reputation for disrupting entrenched categories and delivering products that feel almost too good to be true. That early impact brought industry recognition from Forbes, TIME, Fast Company, PCMag, and others… all signals of momentum that helped establish Wyze as a breakout brand.
Today, Wyze is focused on its next stage of company building. We’re scaling our platform, strengthening our operating rigor, and investing for long-term growth, while staying true to the belief that everyday people deserve access to great technology. This is a phase defined less by headlines and more by execution, craft, and durable impact.
Our people are central to that work. Wyze has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built in Seattle and Seattle Business Magazine, but what matters most is the environment we’re building now: one where smart, pragmatic builders take ownership, move fast, and shape what comes next.
Come Join Us!
Benefits: Wyze has a full benefits package through Premera Blue Cross. This includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, EAP, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, FSA, and Daycare FSA. Depending on the benefits package you choose, a portion of the employee and dependent premiums will be covered by Wyze.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual communicator, a fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, and someone genuinely comfortable working with AI tools to accelerate insights and automate workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Demand Forecasting — Own monthly demand forecasts and NPI forecasts using Snowflake ML models, calibrate with business judgment, and align with Sales, Finance, and Planning.
- Inventory & In-Stock Management — Drive weekly in-stock planning, inbound execution, and aging inventory actions across DTC channels (TikTok Shop, Shopify US) and 3PL warehouses.
- Order Routing Optimization — Maintain and troubleshoot the Shipping Genie (Wyze internal outbound shipment routing tool), ensuring routing logic reflects inventory, cost, and SLA priorities.
- Data & Dashboard Maintenance — Own key Snowflake-based dashboards (In-Stock, Fulfillment Performance, Aging Inventory) and maintain critical tables and queries.
- Analytical & Financial Analysis — Audit Amazon MCF invoices, conduct 3PL rate negotiation analysis, perform quarterly inventory reconciliation, and deliver ad-hoc data analysis for stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, inventory management, or a related analytical role.
- Bilingual proficiency (English + Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred) — ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional setting.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data warehousing platforms (Snowflake strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and interpret dashboards and reports for operational decision-making.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proven quick learner — comfortable ramping up on new tools, systems, and business domains with minimal hand-holding.
- Comfortable working with AI/ML tools — experience leveraging AI-driven forecasting models, generative AI assistants, or automation tools to improve workflows and decision quality. ### Preferred

- Familiarity with 3PL operations, rate negotiations, and logistics partner management.
- Experience with order routing systems or fulfillment optimization tools.
- Background in machine learning forecasting models (building, running, or calibrating).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
