INSTALL LEAD at A-1 Mechanical Inc – Las Vegas, Nevada

A-1 Mechanical is looking for a dedicated Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. Our leadership team values the skill and craftsmanship of our installers. As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform the installation of residential HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, heat pumps, and more.
• Handle complex installations such as brazing, pressure testing, evacuations, system startups, and charging refrigerant lines.
• Installation of package units, condensers, coils, furnaces, high efficiency air filters, air scrubbers, and indoor air quality systems.
• Skillful installation of commercial rooftop units (2 ton – 20 ton)
• In depth knowledge of fabricating equipment & parts to meet special needs.
• Manage the installation of air distribution systems, flexible ducting, supply registers, return grills, and commercial hard ductwork.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure successful installations.
• Coordinate with customers to address their needs and ensure satisfaction with the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and adhere to safety standards and local building codes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the project.
• Manage and review blueprints, job layouts, and scope of work.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience with a reputable company.

• EPA Certification and additional HVAC certifications.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps) and installation techniques.

• Proficiency in braze welding, refrigerant line installation, and working with HVAC controls (thermostats, compressors, etc.).

• Ability to work with ServiceTitan or similar job software.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

• Own necessary hand tools for HVAC installation.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and layout schematics.

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience, performance, and efficiency).
