  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Develop, track, and execute project scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; coordinate change orders as needed.

  • Monitor project financials, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs, reporting status, risks, and financial performance to leadership.

  • Mentor, manage, and develop project teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.

  • Collaborate with safety, quality, and corporate teams to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Contribute to technical approaches, proposals, and contract negotiations for federal or private clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with a record of successfully delivering multiple environmental projects.

  • Strong technical expertise in one or more areas: hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW), PFAS and emerging contaminants, environmental compliance, military munitions, or CERCLA/Superfund projects.

  • Experience leading federal proposal/capture efforts and working with government clients is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to self-manage and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; professional demeanor and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Professional licensure (PE, PG) preferred or ability to obtain within three years.

  • OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour training, OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety, and other safety/technical training preferred.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain clearance for federal site access.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually and perform physically demanding fieldwork, including outdoor work in varying conditions and lifting up to 75 pounds as required.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid remote work arrangement with flexibility to travel for projects.

  • Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options for employees and dependents.

  • Paid time off and retirement plan options.

  • Professional development and training opportunities.

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment emphasizing mentorship and career growth.
