Responsibilities:

• Assisting with removing and installing transmissions.
• Assisting with repairs and maintenance.
• Gathering, cleaning, and organizing tools and parts.
• Setting up the workplace, including transporting equipment and cleaning up afterward.
• Adhering strictly to safety regulations, such as OSHA protocols, to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Actively learning on the job to gain skills in troubleshooting and diagnostics to process toward a technician role.

Qualifications:

• Previous Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Desire to learn technical skills, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must provide your own tools.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a clean driving record & valid driver's license.
