Backed by leading global investors including Peak XV Partners, Z47, Blume Ventures, and Alpha Wave Global, we’re redefining how wholesale businesses sell, serve, and scale.If you’re excited about building category-defining software in a large, underserved industry, WizCommerce is the place to be.Read more about us in Economic Times, The Morning Star, YourStory, or on our website!Founders:Divyaanshu Makkar (Co-founder, CEO)Vikas Garg (Co-founder, CCO)Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships across the US market and driving renewals, expansions, and opportunity creation within existing accounts.This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring customers derive maximum value from WizCommerce solutions.Responsibilities:Own and manage customer relationships post-implementation for assigned accounts in the US marketDrive renewals and expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesProactively create new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to convert themConduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product adoption discussions with customersEnsure customers are realizing the full value of the platform, leading to higher retention and satisfactionMonitor product usage and customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalationsWork closely with product, support, and sales teams to improve the overall customer experienceMaintain accurate account updates and opportunity tracking in CRMRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Success rolesExperience working with international/US customers is preferredStrong experience driving renewals, expansions, or revenue from existing accountsExcellent relationship management and communication skillsAbility to identify growth opportunities within accountsStrong problem solving and customer centric mindsetComfortable working in US shift (5 PM - 2 AM IST)What We’re Looking ForA revenue focused Customer Success professionalStrong ownership and proactive communicationAbility to balance customer satisfaction with revenue growthSomeone who thrives in a fast paced startup environmentCompensation: Best in the industryRole location: BengaluruWebsite Link:https://www.wizcommerce.com/
